What Will a Valuation Cost?
 

The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (statutory regulator of the valuation of immovable property and the valuation profession) has prescribed a standard fee structure in the SEVENTH SCHEDULE (RULE 48).

The standard fee structure are stated clearly as stated (updated as on 15/08/2008):
 

 
  1. Fees payable by the Land Administrator under the Land Acquisition Act for Valuation reports
  2. Fees for capital valuation for submission to Securities Commission and the Governor of Bank Negara
  3. Fees for other capital valuation/rating valuation services based on an “Improved Value” basis
  4. Fees for rental and rating valuation services
  5. Fees for mass valuation services for local authorities
  6. Update Valuation
  7. Revaluations
  8. Retrospective Valuations
  9. Additional Claims
