A Negotiator is a salesperson employed by real estate firms. The real estate agent is responsible and accountable for all the actions of the negotiator. Usually negotiator are work without basic salary, the income of negotiator is from the commission when they close the deal. After closing a deal, the total commission from the deal are subject to maximum 2.75% as allowed by Board. Real estate agent and negotiator who close the deal will shared the commission prior to their early agreement, normally the negotiator will take the bigger share.

The Real Estate Agent will provide guidance, consultation and office support to the negotiator at all times.
